Information Collection and Use

Through your use of the Services we may collect Information from you, including:

  • Personal Identifiers: Your name, e-mail, CV, phone number, email address, company or organization, or online identifiers such as device ID or cookie ID, for example, when you apply for a job with us.
  • Medical Information: Healthcare providers that you have visited, the reasons for your visit, the dates of visits, health care preferences, and other medical and health information that you choose to share with us.
  • Commercial Information: Financial transaction history, financial account number, user account logs, records of services provided, requested documentation, or customer service logs.
  • Professional or Employment Information: Employer, job title, academic or research expertise or interests, academic position or title, or affiliated academic institution or entity, for example, when you apply for a job with us.

Purposes of cookie use

Web Beacons

Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

With your consent, we also allow third parties to place cookies on your device through the Services to help us understand and improve how visitors use our Services, including which of our pages and e-mails are viewed most frequently. We partner with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for this purpose. To opt-out of tracking, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and you can opt-out of Adobe Analytics.  If you are in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) or the United Kingdom (the “UK”), the information generated by the cookies about your use of this Website will be transferred to servers in the United States, where the level of data protection is not considered equivalent to the EEA, and stored there.

Analytics / log files

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the performance of the Website. Notice to California Residents – Your California Privacy Rights

Children’s Information

The Services is not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16).
